Small business blogging – creating blogs – is the single most important activity you should be engaged in to promote your business. Period.

Wait a minute. Before you click off muttering under your breath that the poor fool’s lost it, just give me the next couple of minutes to scrape my reputation back off the floor.

Let’s suppose I asked you:

- How would you like to inject some personality into your small business communication?

- How would you like to know who your most loyal customers are?  By name?

- How would you like instant feedback from your customers about literally any aspect of your business?

- How would you like to add a completely new income stream to your small business?

- How would you like to know what the rest of the world is saying about you, your business and your products?

- How would you like a new and very direct method of launching your next marketing initiative?

- How would you like to establish yourself as the expert in your particular field?

Oh and before you answer, I forgot to mention, it won’t cost you a single penny!

If you answered ‘no’ to any of these questions then you should know that I offer free counselling for your condition. The response must surely be yes, yes, yes. And guess what the solution is?

Small business blogging.

You see, creating blogs isn’t just about telling your mates what you had for breakfast and who you think is going to win the X Factor.  Creating blogs is now a mainstream and highly effective marketing tool for small business.

Actually, blogging isn’t for small business but for all business.

Because guess what? The big boys are all at it too! If you don’t believe me head over to: (but don’t forget to come back….)

Coca Cola:  http://www.coca-colaconversations.com/

Kodak:  http://1000words.kodak.com/

Nokia:  http://conversations.nokia.com/

McDonalds:  http://www.crmcdonalds.com/publish/csr/home/_blog.html

Benetton:  http://www.benettontalk.com/

See what I mean?  And that list goes on and on.  They have all realised that there is a conversation going on out there about them and their industry. And they can’t control it. So at the least they need to be a part of that conversation. “If you can’t beat them, join them.”

So, small business blogging can transform your business. And it gets better – you can join the small business blogging community now and do it better than the big boys. Don’t miss the boat – start creating blogs now!

(By the way, who do you think is going to win the X Factor?  I think…….)
